Senior HR Partner
As a Senior HR Partner, Melissa (she/her) provides coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers in the areas of recruitment and staffing, classification and compensation, and performance management.
Prior to working at ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½, Melissa worked in higher education in career engagement and nonprofit human resources roles. She is an ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ alumna with a bachelor's degree in marketing and completed her master's degree in nonprofit leadership at Seattle University.
