ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½

Students may be eligible to take summer classes as a continuing ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ student or as a degree-seeking student at another college or university. While ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ scholarships and grants are not available for the summer quarter, you may be eligible for other financing options which are outlined below.

Federal and State Grants

You may be eligible for a Federal Pell Grant and/or Cal Grant for the summer quarter. You will need to complete the  to determine eligibility.

Federal Direct Loans

You may be eligible for a  for the summer quarter, if you did not receive your entire annual limit during the prior academic year. You must be enrolled at least half-time over the course of the summer quarter to be eligible.

You and your parent may consider a Loan to help with your summer quarter costs.

Private Educational Loans

You may consider a to help with your summer quarter costs. Eligibility is based on your credit and/or co-borrowers credit, as determined by the lender and your enrollment status.

Non ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Students

ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Scholarship and Grants

If you are enrolled as a degree seeking student at another college and are taking summer classes at ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½, you are not eligible for any ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ scholarships and grants.

Federal and State Aid Programs

Financial Aid may be available through your college. A consortium agreement may be required to receive financial aid from your college. You will need to contact your college with any questions or concerns regarding a consortium agreement.
