Your display name is pre-filled in Zoom based on your ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ account information. If you have a nickname or your display name is not appearing correctly when you join a meeting, follow these steps to change it.
Log into or click on the Zoom tile from the MyÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Portal.
Under Profile, click on Edit to the right of your account name.
Clear your first and last name, then enter it again and save.
Sign out then sign back into Zoom.
