What is your project about? As diet is one of the top levers for mitigating climate change, I care about making sustainable dining choices more accessible and inclusive. My project will be on sustainable food systems in education, focusing particularly on ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ in order to develop policy recommendations.

How will this fellowship support you in your future scholarship/career goals? I’m excited to work on this fellowship because it’s very valuable to me to practice real-world collaboration between different organizations and make a positive impact. The skills I develop through this will be foundational for similar work in sustainability and education that I plan to do all my life.

What extra/co-curricular activities are you involved in on campus? I’m also a Scholastic Chair in ASG, part of tUrn, and a member of the Women’s Ultimate Frisbee team.

Other passions, hobbies, fun facts, or anything else you want to share? In my free time, I like to read, hike, and juggle!
