Who We Are

We are the IDEAS Coalition. IDEAS stands for Inclusion and Diversity in Engineering And STEM. We are a group of ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ student-led organizations in STEM whose membership consists of underrepresented or minority students.

Our Mission

The IDEAS Coalition’s purpose is twofold: to build community and collaboration between the members of IDEAS Coalition organizations as well as to advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives in STEM at ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½.

Our Vision

We believe that our job is not done until every student has equitable access to the resources and opportunities needed to succeed in STEM at ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½.
