The LEAD Scholars Program

Transfer Peer Mentors and Educators support our new transfer students throughout their first year at ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½. Peer mentors create community during LEAD Week, meet regularly with their mentees throughout their first year and plan activities for their mentoring groups. Transfer peer educators are a source of support and information in the Advanced LEAD Seminar class that introduces transfer students to ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ resources and leadership opportunities.

Hi my name is Miguel Colin-Ayala. I am from San Jose here in the CA. I am a currently a Junior studying Sociology. My favorite class I've taken at ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ so far has been Basic Ceramic Sculpture!
A few fun facts about me are I love listening to music ranging from music scores, video game scores, nu metal etc. I also really enjoy collecting things as a new addiction comes in phases, currently like collecting Pokémon cards. I love star wars a lot it is basically what I grew up on!
