Manager, Technology Support Services
Lai-San has been providing customer and technology support to the ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ community for over two decades. Lai-San manages Technology Support Services, which includes the Technology Help Desk, Applied Technology, and Field Support. This group provides technology support to the entire campus community. Lai-San also manages the PC Replacement Program and has chaired numerous Information Services committees.
