Ki joined the P&TS team in March of 2026. When he is not working you can find Ki cooking, gardening, training MMA, or reading a good book. Ki's favorite food is clementines.

Move Out Information
As we prepare to close out the quarter, please be aware that parking and campus thoroughfares will be impacted across campus as students move out of the residence halls. Please be sure to read all "NO PARKING" signs as posted. More information will be emailed as we get closer to the Move-out date.

Commencement Weekend is fast approaching! Please view our homepage under announcements, as well as an email closer to the event date with specific road closures and additional information.
Promo Code Now Live!For events larger than 50 guests, or a department that has multiple guests throughout the year, a promo code would be a great option for guests to redeem a complimentary digital parking permit. Payment for promo code use is required to be paid up front, and may roll over to additional events within a fiscal year. Please submit requests using the form.

Alternative Transit Cards Replaced (Digitally)Alternative Transit Packs: To be more sustainable, we have moved away from the paper alternative transit card to an AMP Park digital parking permit pack (ATP). To qualify for a monthly alternative transit pack, you must use one of the following alternative modes of transportation when coming to campus:
- Bicycle: Please register your bicycle on the following
- Carpool: All members of the carpool need to complete the
- Train: email proof of monthly train ticket purchase to transportation@scu.edu
Monthly permit packs that are requested (either by phone, email or in person) will be applied on the last day of the current month for the next month (e.g., 1/31 for February usage). The benefit is only 5 parking permits per month, whether they are all used or not. For more information on how to redeem, click the Alternative Transit pack section.
Uber for BusinessWe have partnered with Uber, and now departments can request an account for Uber! If interested, please fill out the . An Uber representative will reach out to you to set up a department account.
Important: Permit Information
- Save the Date! Annual parking permits expire on June 30th EVERY year.
- Option 1: Annual parking permits are available for purchase on June 15th EVERY year.
- Option 2: If you do not need to park your vehicle on ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ premises during the summer (the first quarter of the academic year), there is a reduced rate up to $40, depending on the week of purchase, starting July 1st.
- Unfortunately, Payroll deduction P&TS cannot provide refunds to faculty and staff who select salary deduction. Customers may only have future payroll deductions paused, but may not have any refunds for previous payroll deductions from a paycheck. Please reach out to HR for any further questions.
- Undergraduate and graduate student who do not need to park their vehicles on ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ premises over the summer Undergraduate and graduate who do not need Summer parking should purchase their parking permit at the start of Fall quarter for a prorated discount. Otherwise, it will be full price on the go-live date, June 15th.
- ELAW annual parking permits for non-resident law school students are valid from August 1st to July 31st every year. Resident law school students may can purchase either a residential parking permit or an ELAW commuter parking permit.
Vehicle Permit Limit
- Each permit decal allows registration of up to two vehicles, but the parking permit must be transferred between vehicles when parking on campus.
- A valid parking permit must be displayed at all times while parked on ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ property.
Long Term Vehicle Storage
- Please fill out the vehicle storage application if you intend to store your car on campus during the summer quarter. Vehicle owners are required to provide proof of auto insurance coverage, sign a release of liability, and hand over the car keys to Campus Safety in case the vehicle needs to be moved for campus maintenance or in the event of an emergency.
- Only the driver or owner of the vehicle can drop off and pick up keys; a friend or roommate may do so only with written consent, specifying the names of the individual(s) authorized to drop off/pick up the stored vehicle.
Motorized/Electric Scooters on CampusWhen used safely, bicycles and coasting devices (defined as self-propelled, non-pedaled devices such as skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades, and scooters) are approved modes of transportation on ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ property. Persons may coast or ride upon any sidewalk or improved surface used for pedestrian purposes, provided users yield the right-of-way to pedestrians. Speed should not exceed 5 miles per hour in campus parking lots, internal sidewalks, and thoroughfares. Reminder: Compact Spaces Are for Compact Vehicles OnlyPlease avoid parking large vehicles (vans, SUVs, trucks, etc.) in spaces designated for compact cars. These spaces are specifically sized for smaller vehicles, and parking large vehicles in these small spaces can create challenges for others trying to park or navigate the lot. The ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ttle rental program has been discontinued, effective immediately. At this time, no replacement service is planned.
