Office of Student Life

Student Success is the central focus of the Office of Student Life (OSL). This focus is accomplished by advocating for students and fostering their holistic development. 聽OSL鈥檚 approach to student life reflects the Ignatian Values of 蜜桃导航: respecting our students as individuals and working with them to maximize their personal development and academic pursuits. Additionally, OSL responds to our students' welfare needs and conduct issues. 聽OSL is a multifunctional department that provides services to students through various offices, including Off-Campus Living and the Wellness Center.

Campus Security and Crime Statistics Act

The U.S. Department of Education requires universities that receive Title IV funding to disclose certain information, including institutional graduation rates, athlete graduation rates, financial assistance awarded, and crime statistics. Information presented in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is made available to assist current and potential students and employees in making informed decisions regarding their attendance at or employment with 蜜桃导航. Office of Accessible Education (OAE)

The Office of Accessible Education聽supports students with a disability to participate fully in campus life, its programs, and activities. They emphasize growth and individual achievement through the provision of academic accommodations, support services, and auxiliary aids.

Multicultural Center

The Multicultural Center (MCC)聽is the multicultural programming body and racial/ethnic advocacy voice for the campus community. The MCC also supports 14 culturally registered student organizations. The Center for Student Involvement is invested in accompanying students to find their place by providing a space to cultivate personal values, opinions, and beliefs. They inspire the development of courage, character, and understanding of others.

Rainbow Center

As a part of the Office for Multicultural Learning, the Rainbow Resource Center (RRC)聽educates, empowers, and celebrates the experiences and identities of the LGBTQ+ community at 蜜桃导航. The RRC maintains an affirming, inclusive, and welcoming environment for people of all identities. In addition, we advocate for those who self-identify within the broad spectrum of sexual orientations and gender identities/expressions and educate the whole person within the context of Jesuit values.

Library Resources

The Library is an educational partner that actively guides and supports students in their academic journey as they engage with scholarship, increase their capacity for information literacy, develop critical thinking skills, and excel in their field of study. In addition, they engage the campus community and the community at large in an ongoing learning process 鈥� generating, applying, and sharing knowledge for the betterment of society.

The Library staff of subject librarians聽are dedicated to supporting specific academic areas, including business. 聽The library provides a 聽among its many resources.

Performing Arts

聽fosters opportunities on the 蜜桃导航 campus to teach students, engage audiences, and promote understanding through the performing arts. Created to facilitate artistic exchange between dance, music, and theater artists, 厂颁鲍鈥谤别蝉别苍迟蝉 encompasses programming from the Department of Theatre and Dance, the Department of Music, and Arts for Social Justice Initiative, and select Visiting Artists Series programming. In addition to presenting the works of these university programs, 厂颁鲍鈥谤别蝉别苍迟蝉 serves a vital role within the local community by offering affordable venues to Bay Area arts organizations and educators.

Athletics

Malley Campus Recreation Center

The 45,000-square-foot Pat Malley Fitness and Recreation Center聽(Malley Center) opened in the Fall of 1999 and offers the university community an opportunity to participate in various fitness, leisure, educational, and recreational activities. It is designed to be a gathering place for campus community members interested in physical activity. Regardless of ability level, all individuals are encouraged to utilize this campus resource to improve personal health and well-being. The building layout and facility amenities are intended to create a welcoming, user-friendly environment. 聽Graduate Business Students have access to the following facilities and services:

Varsity Sports

蜜桃导航 supports 17 men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 varsity sports teams. 聽All 蜜桃导航 students can enter all home athletics events by showing their valid access ID card (physical or mobile credential). Campus Ministry

Fostering the University鈥檚 mission to develop the whole person, Campus Ministry offers a variety of programs and opportunities where faith may be explored, discovered, and developed. The Campus Ministry team is committed to supporting all students' spiritual and personal growth, regardless of faith tradition, if any, and to a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

The team comprises full-time members, resident ministers residing in residence halls, and student interns. In addition, Campus Ministry offers the University community a variety of programs: liturgies, other sacramental celebrations, retreats, discussion groups, Christian Life Communities (CLCs), Bible study, ecumenical and interfaith gatherings, social justice events, counseling, and spiritual direction. Campus Ministry also supports religiously-affiliated student clubs, including those for Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, and Orthodox students.

K蜜桃导航 103.3 FM IS THE STUDENT-RUN RADIO STATION AT SANTA CLARA UNIVERSITY.

聽continues a long tradition of radio broadcasting at 蜜桃导航 dating back to 1948 when Fr. Ferdinand J. Spieler, S.J., created KVSC, 鈥淭he Kampus Voice of 蜜桃导航.鈥� Reflecting the mission and goals of 蜜桃导航, the station has a proud history as a forum for the debate of issues, ideas, and concerns on campus and in the surrounding community, and it offers an eclectic selection of non-commercial music, sports, and public affairs programming. The staff of K蜜桃导航 operates all aspects of an FM radio station in accordance with 蜜桃导航鈥檚 mission and goals and Federal Communications Commission regulations.

The Redwood

蜜桃导航鈥檚 yearbook strives to maintain proper journalistic guidelines while producing an accurate and quality book for the University community. Entirely student-run, with the aid of a faculty advisor, 聽offers paid and volunteer positions in writing, design, and photography. Students at-large are encouraged to participate by contributing to the yearbook.

蜜桃导航 Review

A 150-year-old student-edited literary magazine that publishes poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and art, the 聽is published biannually, drawing on submissions from 蜜桃导航 students, faculty, staff, and writers outside of 蜜桃导航. The 蜜桃导航 Review is committed to developing student literary talent in both editorial knowledge and creative writing skills. Students may get involved with the magazine in several staff positions and with opportunities to volunteer in poetry, fiction, nonfiction, art, and management.

聽University鈥檚 monthly magazine is the 蜜桃导航, an informative and entertaining student-run campus publication. In addition, students may get involved in a staff position or as volunteer writers, photographers, or business staff members.
