Dr. Ihsen Ketata is a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½'s Leavey School of Business, where she also serves as Co-Director of the International Business Minor Program. In that role, she provides academic leadership and guidance to students pursuing the minor, helping them connect coursework with global experiences and professional opportunities. Her research focuses on multinational company strategies and sustainable development.

Dr. Ketata is a co-founder of two signature Leavey School initiatives: the International Business Case Challenge Competition and International Business Week, both of which engage students with Silicon Valley professionals and foster global awareness through experiential learning. Her scholarship has been presented at international conferences including the Academy of Management and AIMS, and published in journals such as the Journal of International Business Education and R&D Management.

Before joining ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½, Dr. Ketata taught in France, Tunisia, and the United States, including at Baruch College (CUNY), Georgia State University, and Georgia Tech. She also co-founded the Southeast U.S. Higher Education Consortium for International Business.

Dr. Ketata has served as Chair of the Board of the Alif Institute, on the Advisory Board of the Arab American National Museum, and is an active member of Tunisian American Young Professionals. Fluent in French and Arabic, she brings a global perspective shaped by academic and professional experience across three continents.

She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and a Master's in Economic Analysis, Modeling, and Quantitative Analysis from the University of Montpellier, France.
